01.Mascarpone date and pomegranate cream



200g tub mascarpone
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon
6 fresh dates, chopped finely
1 pomegranate, seeds and juice only



  • Combine mascarpone, honey and cinnamon.
  • Add dates, combine well. Place on a serving dish.
  • Refrigerate for 20 – 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and juice over mixture on dish.

Serve with baby ice cream cones, sweet biscuits or fruit salad.
