It's never been easier to find great TV shows, movies and other content online to enjoy at home. However most of us seem to be watching it on our laptop, tablet or even our smartphone, ignoring the biggest and best viewing device in our home – the large screen TV.

We review seven options to enjoy your online content on your TV. Our test reveals which services:

  • deal best with free to air (FTA) catch-up channels such as iView
  • deal best with subscription TV services such as Netflix
  • are easiest to use
  • have a remote and which remote is easiest to use.

Our interactive comparison tool also helps you find which services have 1080p or 4K video, dedicated Netflix button, as well as which of your favourite FTA and subscription video channels are supported.
