CHOICE recipe cauliflower puree

Ingredients

½ Cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons cream
½ nutmeg, grated
Salt and Pepper to taste

CHOICE recipe cauliflower puree

Method

Cook cauliflower in boiling water or microwave until tender, drain well
Add butter, cream and nutmeg
Puree mixture until smooth using a stick blender or food processor
Season to taste
Serve with steak , fish, or chicken
Serves: 4
