01.How to cook lamb fillet
2 x 170g lamb fillet/backstrap
Salt & black pepper
- Preheat a char grill plate or a large fry pan for 3 minutes on high.
- Oil, salt & pepper lamb and place onto char grill for 4 minutes, turn and cook a further 3 minutes.
- Rest for 2 minutes.
- Finish off with lemon juice and salt & pepper.
- Slice at an angle to serve.
