2 x 170g lamb fillet/backstrap
Olive oil
Salt & black pepper

Lamb back strap


  • Preheat a char grill plate or a large fry pan for 3 minutes on high.
  • Oil, salt & pepper lamb and place onto char grill for 4 minutes, turn and cook a further 3 minutes.
  • Rest for 2 minutes.
  • Finish off with lemon juice and salt & pepper.
  • Slice at an angle to serve.
