01.How to cook crispy bacon
2 fresh rashers of bacon, rind removed
- Preheat a frypan on medium high heat.
- Pat dry bacon rashers so there is little moisture.
- Place bacon in frypan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bacon starts to curl.
- Turn over and cook a further 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Can also be cooked under a grill on a medium high heat for 2-3 minutes each side.
