Ingredients

2 fresh rashers of bacon, rind removed

crispy bacon 

Method

  • Preheat a frypan on medium high heat.
  • Pat dry bacon rashers so there is little moisture.
  • Place bacon in frypan.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bacon starts to curl.
  • Turn over and cook a further 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Tips

Can also be cooked under a grill on a medium high heat for 2-3 minutes each side.
