  • Good colour contrast so looks like a chocolate hot cross bun, some chocolate pieces evident but little chocolate aroma and flavour evident.
  • When toasted there's lots of melted chocolate that's evenly distributed so there's good texture, but not much chocolate flavour even though there's good chocolate aroma.
  • Not enough chocolate chips but toasting intensifies the chocolate flavour.
  • Fudgy but not as chocolatey. Texture is better when toasted.
