• The cooked product has a very balanaced, mild beef flavour. A nice juicy product with a pleasant aroma.
• Well seasoned and the thickness has kept it nice and juicy.
• Raw product has visible mince strands. Lots of herbs. This looks less processed and more natural.
• Cooked it has a nice beefy flavour and seasoning is balanced.
• Cooked product has very mild flavour, very firm texture, very juicy and well balanced.
