- Covers loss and damage due to burglary, theft and attempted theft
- Covers burglary and theft by tenants and their guests ($2000 additional excess)
- Up to $1000 for theft of your money and your financial liability, after loss or theft of credit or ATM card anywhere in Australia
- Up to $500 for accessories and parts for vehicles, caravans, watercraft or trailers (must be inside home), after theft resulting from violent and forcible entry into home
- No cover for theft by you or permanent or temporary residents
- No cover for theft by people who, without violence or forced entry, enter home with your express or implied consent
- No cover for theft without violent or forcible entry where entry is gained from a common area of a multiple occupancy residence
- Covers fire and bushfire
- Covers costs incurred extinguishing fire, and preventing or minimising damage and removing fire retardant
