As a CHOICE member** you get free access to our CHOICE Shopper service. CHOICE Shopper does the shopping and negotiating on your behalf to make sure you're getting the best price.

How it works
- Select the product you're keen to buy and ask for a quote from a retailer (the product must be valued at over $100).
- Have your member number handy. If you don't know it, give our Customer Service Centre a call on 1800 069 552 (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once you have your member number, call CHOICE Shopper on 1300 360 655 (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm).
- When you speak to a CHOICE Shopper consultant you'll need to provide your member number, the brand you're after, the model number, and the best price you've found.
- Our CHOICE Shopper will call you back, usually within 24 hours, and let you know the best price that we've been able to find.
- If you're happy with the price, we'll place the order and the retailer will contact you to finalise payment and delivery arrangements.
* For cars, we'll put you in touch with one of our brokers, who'll clarify what you want and organise a quote. You never have to go to a car dealer. You may be asked for a deposit in advance (depending on where you live) but this will be refunded in full if you don't proceed to purchase.
