Why are CHOICE test methods different to Standards? At CHOICE we test according to Standard if we think they are consumer-focused. In many cases, however, we design our own methods to reflect how people actually use products. This is how our results can answer the most relevant consumer questions.
Our expert testers and content specialists regularly put together industry seminars to provide valuable insights into how we design and conduct our tests. This includes hands-on demonstrations of selected tests.
The seminars allow our CHOICE experts to share their consumer-focused thinking with manufacturers. This knowledge improves understanding of how CHOICE operates. It can also be applied in future product design - leading to better products - and standard development - leading to better standards.
