Using the table

Nutrients are based on information on the label.
Fibre The cereals are ranked by dietary fibre content, as you should be able to rely on cereal to make a big contribution to your daily fibre needs. Very high At least 20% fibre. High 10%-19.9% fibre. Moderate 5%-9.9% fibre. Low Less than 5% fibre.
Traffic light criteria are based on the latest nutrition recommendations and dietary guidelines established by government health experts in Australia and internationally. Total fat (g/100g) green (symbol) ≤3, amber (symbol) 3.1-19.9, red (symbol) ≥20. Saturated fat (g/100g) green ≤1.5, amber 1.6-4.9, red ≥5. Sugars (g/100g) green ≤5, amber 5.1-14.9, red ≥15. Sodium (mg/100g) green ≤120, amber 121-599, red ≥600. The (fruit) Orange wheatRed grapesymbol indicates that the sugar is largely sourced from fruit.
