Good Points
- Based on weights we were undercharged $3.26 for potatoes

Bad Points
- Only 54 out of 62 items were either delivered as specified or adequately substituted
- In one order the jam was omitted but we were still charged for it, we submitted an online form to alert them but have not heard back
- We had to go out to the car and get the goods for one of the deliveries
- Item availability and delivery slots vary depending on which store is fulfilling the order
- There is less choice of goods than Woolworths or Coles and there is greater store to store variation in range of goods
- Can't order loose fruit and veg by weight only by item count but costing is by weight. There was some variance between anticipated and actual weight but you were only charged for the amount delivered.
- Based on weights we were overcharged $1.83 for apples and bananas
- No fresh seafood and liquor availability depends on store
