Taste test notes
  • Untoasted bun has good shape, size, even centred cross and lots of evenly distributed fruit with mixed peel. It's let down by lack of aroma and flavour. Artificial taste and aftertaste.
  • Toasts well with pleasant texture and flavour (as artificial taste of untoasted is less evident). A nicely balanced flavour, good texture and appearance – a nice product when toasted.
  • Love the addition of peel.
  • When toasted texture is better, it's soft inside with nice fruit and peel flavour.
  • Better toasted – artificial flavour is gone when toasted.
