  • Mild but pleasant aroma and flavour.
  • Fruit not evenly distributed so uneven balance of flavour, texture on eating is a bit dry.
  • Sparse fruit but juicy fruit.
  • Pleasant appearance, yeasty aroma, dry but fluffy texture with good chew. Slightly artificial aftertaste but nice fruit.
  • Good texture once toasted, fluffy and chewy. Flavour – pleasant, what lacks in spice makes up for in fruit.
