Though the burgers and flame-grilled chicken here are not always lower in fat and kilojoules than elsewhere, being able to get low-fat side dishes like salad and spicy rice makes getting a healthy balance easier than at the chips-with-everything chains. You can even get a Chicken Garden Salad that only has around a teaspoon of fat.

There’s also something for vegetarians to get their teeth into — without breaking the fat bank. The Veggie Burger and Veggie Pita are joined by salads, spicy rice and grilled corn to give vegetarians the best choice of any of the chains.
