  • Raw product looks very natural. Mince strands visible. One of the better looking burgers.
  • Cooked product has very mild beef flavour, not over processed, very balanced flavour.
  • Underseasoned. Needs more salt. Not an unpleasant mouthfeel, however, it is quite bitter on the finish.
