  • Raw product has grey appearance. A very unnatural look for a burger.
  • It is grey/white in colour. It does not even look like meat. This looks so unappealing. It is like a paste or puree.
  • Cooked it doesn't have a nice aroma or texture and very crumbly. Very unbalanced flavour.
