01.Scrambled eggs



½ tablespoon butter
2 fresh free range egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon cream (you can substitute this with milk)
Salt and pepper to taste

Scrambled eggs


  • Melt butter in a non-stick fry pan on a low to medium heat. Combine eggs, cream (or milk) and salt and pepper, mix well. Pour egg mixture into pan allow to cook gently for 1 min. Using a spatula gently scrape the egg around the pan so all of the egg mixture is cooked, approx 1 minute.
  • Eggs should be wet but not uncooked.

    Serves 1


Using a paper towel wipe over the non-stick pan with a little oil
