Thank you for confirming your attendance at our upcoming consumer forum: 'CHOICE Campaigns Pow-Wow: past, present and future.’To help get the most out of the day, we are inviting you to let us know in advance some of your views on consumer issues by answering three questions found below.

Please note there is no obligation to answer all or any of the questions in order to attend the forum. If you do choose to submit information, it will be used only for the purposes of the event, to make sure we cover the right topics in the right amount of detail, including for example whether we break out into any smaller groups during the two hours.

Consumer Forum 2011

In 2011, CHOICE has focused our campaigning on three key areas – banking, food labelling and energy. Please let us know which of these three areas you would most like to discuss, including any areas within it, e.g. ‘traffic light labels’ or ‘ATM fees’.
Do you have areas of expertise on particular consumer issues that you would like to identify?
Are there any other consumer issues and potential campaign areas you would like to discuss on the day?
