How CHOICE Shopper works
- Simply select the product you wish to purchase and obtain a price from a retailer (the product must be valued over $100).
- Have your member number handy. If you don’t know it call our Customer Service Centre on 1800 069552 (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5) or email us ausconsumer@choice.com.au.
- Call CHOICE Shopper on 1300 360 655 (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5).
- Tell the CHOICE Shopper consultant your member number, the brand you’re after, the model number and the best price you have found.
- CHOICE Shopper will call you back, usually within 24 hours, to advise you of the best price that we have been able to find.
- If you are happy with that price we’ll place the order. The retailer will contact you to finalise payment and delivery arrangements.
