- • Soft fluffy bun, with a slight chew. Sticky with a glaze. Good level of spice that particularly comes though in the toasted bun.
• The aroma was nothing great and lacked spice. The texture was good and light with open distribution of holes.
• The bun lacked fruit, which did not help the flavour even when toasted.
• Llittle aroma untoasted; sultanas plump and soft but not enough so unevenly distributed and little flavour.
• Did not toast well; not crisp, so doughy and heavy to eat with little fruit to add flavour; little aroma but slightly better than untoasted.
