• Plump sultanas but not evenly distributed; mild aroma; pleasant flavour; some spiciness.
• Toasts well with good texture balance; fruit better distributed in this sample so better flavour balance; pleasant flavour.
• The texture was quite dense. The flavour was quite good when toasted. The percentage of fruit was quite high. Lacked spice yet there was a hint of it in the aroma when broken open.
• Squashed square bun, mild spice aroma. Not very much fruit, sultanas only. Slightly chewy texture, more dense at the bottom.
