- • When broken open there were plenty of chocolate chips. Aroma and flavour were good, and better in the untoasted bun.
• Texture was reasonably light, however the chocolate will generally make it a little dense.
• Appearance lets this product down as taste, texture and flavour better than expected.
• Texture a bit dry but not doughy; choc not too sweet but a little bitter.
• Toasts well, not doughy; lots choc evenly distributed so choc flavour comes through; not too sweet and less bitter than untoasted.
• Uneven distribution of chocolate chips. A little dry, but soft with a slight chew.
