01.Pan Fried Whiting with Lemon Butter
1 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
4 Whiting fillets
Lemon Butter Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon fresh herbs (dill, parsley, tarragon)
Heat oil and butter in a large frypan on a medium to high heat.
Place fish into pan cook for 2 minutes then turn over and cook for a further 2 minutes or until fish flakes when separated with a fork. Remove fish from pan. Wipe pan clean with paper towel return pan back to heat.
Melt butter, add lemon juice and herbs heat for 1 minute. Pour over fish.
Lemon butter sauce can be served with any fish
