Briajen Pty Ltd Angle Load Horse Floats do not comply with the Australian Design Rules (ADR). The horse floats state that the Aggregate Trailer Mass (GTM) is 3500kg where it should be 2900kg. They are also missing a second safety chain and require front and side reflectors. This could lead to possible failure and an increased accident risk.
