01.Customers angered by CBA electronic outage
Commonwealth Bank customers have been left in the lurch today after a system outage meant they couldn't access their funds until this afternoon.
The outage appeared to affect most Commonwealth Bank services including EFTPOS, internet and phone banking, apps and customer service.
Many unhappy customers left comments on the bank’s Facebook site complaining that they had been caught out with no cash, had incorrect balances and lost business.
The bank has apologised for inconveniencing customers, and says all services are being progressively restored.
