We celebrated 60 years this year as Australia's non profit champion of consumer rights - and a vital part of that legacy has been our partnerships and collaborations with Australia's media. You've helped inform Australians, shone a light on dodgy products, services and industries and helped the community navigate a tough year with us. Thank you!

Contacting CHOICE Media over the holiday period  

Our team will be taking short breaks over the holiday period, but we are operating a roster for media support.  

We'll be putting out content regarding Boxing Day sales and the New Year and we'll respond to reactive news within our expertise.  

The best contact method is to call our media phone: 0430 172 669 

We are utilising call diversion with our media support roster – so please call and do not SMS as we are not able to divert these. 

The email will not be monitored on public holidays or weekends, so please call for urgent requests. 

COVID-19 precautions: As CHOICE and our spokespeople are predominantly Sydney based, we are monitoring the Northern Beaches situation. Our spokespeople will follow the advice from NSW Health and may be limited to video call interviews depending on the advice.
