A Consumer Forum will commence at 4:45pm. This is not part of the formal AGM. It will include presentations from CHOICE staff and opportunities for members to join in discussion.

Proxies
A member who is entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may appoint a proxy, who does not need to be a member of CHOICE. The Proxy Form must be lodged with the Company Secretary by 5pm Sydney time on Sunday 26 November 2023.
Election
Voting is now open for three vacancies on the CHOICE Board. Three positions have been vacated by existing directors whose terms have expired. Due to family commitments, Alex Kelly has decided not to re-stand so will be stepping down from the Board, whilst the other two directors, Kat George and Fiona Jolly, are standing for re-election.
TrueVote will be conducting the election online on our behalf. If you wish to vote via postal ballot, please contact the Company Secretary. The 6 candidates standing for election are listed below in order of draw, and you can vote for up to three candidates.

Statements have been provided by each of the candidates highlighting their areas of expertise to help your decision. To help ensure a balanced Board, we have also provided information about the degree to which each candidate meets the criteria identified by the Board in a matrix. Voting closes at 5.00pm AEDT on Saturday 25 November 2023, and the results of the ballot will be announced at the AGM on Tuesday 28 November 2023.
To place your vote online, you will be required to log in to the TrueVote portal. The link to the portal and login details were provided in a separate email. Please contact the Company Secretary if you have not received that email.
Virtual attendance
Voting members who are unable to attend the AGM in person are able to participate online. This will be a live video feed of the presenters and their presentations using your computer, mobile device or tablet.
You will also have the ability to ask questions live and take part in voting.
