Hi Campaign Supporter,

How many phone chargers have you had in your lifetime? Some CHOICE staff have admitted having up to 9 - including staff members who claim not to be concerned about keeping up with the latest trends in mobile phones.

This adds up to an enormous amount of e-waste - and although the UN International Telecommunications Union approved a voluntary standard for phone chargers, Apple, Blackberry and HTC have not signed on. We need your help to put pressure on these companies to sign the standard and help lighten the e-waste load.
