CHOICE recipe for vanilla honey cream

Ingredients

300 mls thickened cream
1 tablespoon honey
½ vanilla pod, seeds only

CHOICE recipe vanilla honey cream

Method

  • Whip cream in a bowl with a hand mixer or stick blender until reasonably thick.
  • Stir in honey and vanilla seeds.

Tips

 Serve with fresh fruit, pancakes, scones or use as a filling for cakes.
