01.Salsa
Ingredients
2 tomatoes, diced
1 lebanese cucumber, peeled, diced
½ red onion, finely diced
1 long red chilli, finely diced
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons olive oil
Dash Tabasco
½ cup coriander leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper
Method
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Season to taste.
Tips
Serve salsa with corn chips and guacamole.
Great as a side dish for steak or fish.

There’s currently no mandatory standard for extra virgin olive oil sold in Australia. CHOICE testing of 28 brands found you can't always trust an oil labelled "extra virgin" is the real deal.
