01.Tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad
Ingredients
Serves: 2
2 large Heirloom tomatoes, sliced thick
1 large ball of buffalo mozzarella, sliced
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Lay tomatoes and mozzarella on a platter.
- Spread red onion over the top.
- Pour over olive oil and vinegar, add salt and pepper.
Tips
Bocconcini cheese can replace buffalo mozzarella.
