01.Radish and feta dip
250 gm Danish feta, creamed
½ red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Juice of half to one lemon
1 bunch of radishes, halved and sliced
- Combine feta, onion, olive oil and lemon juice well.
- Place in a bowl.
- Use radishes as crackers to dip.
