01.How to Cook a Partially Poached Egg
1 fresh egg, refrigerated
- Rub the surface of a non-stick frypan with paper towel soaked in a little olive oil.
- Heat the pan on medium high for 1 minute.
- Crack egg into a small bowl and pour egg into pan. Cook for 1 minute.
- Place 2 tablespoons of water in the pan and cover for approximately 2-3 minutes for a runny egg yolk.
A fresh egg will have thick white albumen surrounding the yolk.
