What are the hazards?

If the back cover of the AC adapter separates, live wiring may be exposed, posing an electrocution hazard.

What are the defects?

The back cover of the AC adapter supplied with the DVD player can separate from the casing.

What should consumers do?

Customers should cease using this product immediately and contact Target's Customer Relations Department on 1800 814 788 toll free (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) for a replacement AC adapter.
