IKEA logo, PAX AURLAND, 5-digit supplier number (12650) and 4-digit date stamp (YYWW) printed on rear of door, lower edge

What are the hazards?

Falling mirror can shatter, posing a risk of laceration injury.

What are the defects?

The mirror can detach unexpectedly from the door. The mirror is glued to the wardrobe door and secured in place with metal fastening strips at the top and bottom.
