01.Important update on site issues
I would like to apologise to CHOICE Online members for the recent problems you may have encountered with our website and systems. We have just undergone an enormous IT overhaul and experienced some unexpected issues as a result. In the past few weeks the service we've given to you online and in our customer service centre has fallen short of what you should expect from us.
Please be assured that restoring a top level of customer service for our members is the number one priority in the organisation. We have brought additional staff into our customer service centre to ensure we are able to respond to your feedback and questions as quickly as possible.
