Your online shopping rights

If you've purchased gifts from Australian or overseas websites  protected by the same Australian Consumer Law as those who have bought gifts in store*. This means all you're entitled to a refund, replacement or have the product repaired if it is faulty, doesn’t do the job it is supposed to or does not match the advertised description.

Refunds and replacements

CHOICE also reminds shoppers that the person who bought the faulty present does not have to be the same person to take it back.

Season’s greetings and happy shopping from all of us at CHOICE.
