Consumer Forum - 3.30 pm - 5.30 pm

at Australian National Maritime Museum - 2 Murray Street, Darling Harbour, Sydney

The Consumer Forum ‘CHOICE Campaigns Pow-Wow: past, present and future’ will commence at 3.30pm and will be held in The Theatre.

This is your opportunity to learn about recent CHOICE campaigning and advocacy and help shape our upcoming work to achieve positive change for consumers.

The Annual General Meeting will commence at 6pm and will be held in The Theatre.

The AGM agenda is as follows:

1. Open and welcome
2. Apologies
3. Proxies
4. Receive and approve the minutes of the 52nd Annual General Meeting. 
5. Receive and adopt the Chairperson’s Report
6. Receive and adopt the Annual Financial Report for the year ending 30 June 2011
7. Address from the CEO on the 2010/11 year
8. Declaration of results for the 2011 Council elections
9. Any other business

Note: A member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a Proxy, who does not need to be a member of the Australian Consumers’ Association. The proxy form must be lodged with the Company Secretary at least 48 hours prior to the AGM.  Download the Proxy Form.
