Consumer Forum will be held 4.00pm - 5.30pm and Annual General Meeting will be held 6pm - 7pm
Wesley Conference Centre, 220 Pitt Street, Sydney
The Consumer Forum ‘CHOICE Campaigns Pow-Wow: past, present and future’ will commence at 4.00pm and will be held in the Lyceum Room.
This is your opportunity to learn about recent CHOICE campaigning and advocacy and help shape our upcoming work to achieve positive change for consumers.
The Annual General Meeting will commence at 6pm and will be held in the Lyceum Room.
The Annual General Meeting agenda is as follows:
- Open and welcome
- Apologies
- Proxies
- Receive and approve the minutes of the 53rd Annual General Meeting
- Receive and adopt the Chair’s Report
- Address from the CEO on the 2011/12 year
- Declaration of results for the 2012 Board Elections
- Receive and adopt the Annual Financial Report for the year ending 30 June 2012
- Any other business
Note: A member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a Proxy, who does not need to be a member of CHOICE. The proxy form must be lodged with the Company Secretary by 5pm on Monday 26 November 2012. Download the Proxy Form.
