How CHOICE Shopper works

  1. Simply select the product you wish to purchase and obtain a price from a retailer (the product must be valued at over $100).
  2. Have your member number handy. If you don’t know it, call our Customer Service Centre on 1800 069 552 (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5) or email us at ausconsumer@choice.com.au.
  3. Call CHOICE Shopper on 1300 360 655 (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5).
  4. Tell the CHOICE Shopper consultant your member number, the brand you’re after, the model number, and the best price you have found.
  5. CHOICE Shopper will call you back, usually within 24 hours, to advise you of the best price that we have been able to find.
  6. If you are happy with that price we’ll place the order. The retailer will contact you to finalise payment and delivery arrangements.

It’s as easy as that! Just phone 1300 360 655.

* For cars, we’ll put you in touch with one of our brokers, who will clarify what you want and organise a quote. You never have to go to a car dealer. You may be asked for a deposit in advance (depending on where you live) but this will be refunded in full if you don’t proceed to purchase.
